There is a charge for all requests for vital statistic information.
If requesting a certified copy of a birth, death or marriage certificate the research fee is included in the certified copy charge. If you do not want a certified copy there is still a charge for the research. All fees are non-refundable.

Certified copy is $15.00 for first copy, $6.00 for each additional copy of the same record.

Inquiry or non-certified copy is $5.00 for each request.
